We provide a full day program for children aged 18 months to 5 years.  Part time enrollment includes two or three days of care a week.

Please call (206)625-0842 for more information about being added to the Waiting List.  As openings become available, we contact families on the Waiting List to fill available spots.   Priority is given to families who work in the Market, siblings, and children who need full time care.

We arrange tours on most Tuesday mornings at 9:00am (if you need to schedule a tour for an alternate time, please call to make arrangements).  Tours must be scheduled in advance by calling (206) 625-0842 to ensure availability.  At the time of your tour, you will receive additional information about the program, fees and enrollment procedures. After completion of your tour, we accept a wait list fee of between $5 and $30 based on family income.

PMCCP believes families of all economic means should have access to high quality early education. To help make this possible, we provide service on a sliding fee scale and determine tuition rates based on family size and income.  Feel free to call the school to talk about your specific situation and see if you might qualify.  You can talk with someone during your tour to get an estimate as well.

The City of Seattle offers child care assistance to families with low and moderate income levels that can support child care at PMCCP. For more information, visit their website.

Our program also accepts child care subsidies from DSHS and the City’s Comprehensive Childcare Program. For more information on child care subsidies, please visit the DSHS website or view this informational publication.

If you do not qualify for tuition assistance, the full rate for the current school year is:

Toddlers  $1,510/month for full time

Preschool  $1,360/month for full time

What ages of children do you serve?

We are licensed to provide care for children aged 18 months through 5 years.

How long is the waiting list?

It depends.  A family can be on the waiting list for two days or over two years.  Although we have the greatest number of openings in the fall, we have open enrollment all year. When a spot becomes available, we identify families on the waiting list whose needs match the opening.  The biggest factor when matching a family to an opening is schedule;  priority is given to children needing full-time care, siblings of currently enrolled children, and families who work in the Market.

Is PMCCP a Child Care or a Preschool program?

Our program provides early education to young children.  We feel strongly that children need love and nurture in order to learn.  Therefore, at PMCCP caring and educating go hand-in-hand.

Can children attend part time?

Yes.  Children can join us two, three, or five days/week for full days.

How much does it cost?

We provide care on a sliding scale, so we look at each family’s size and gross income to determine what the cost will be.  Tuition ranges from $15 to $1,510 per month.  If you have questions about tuition rates or tuition assistance, please call the school at (206) 625-0842.
